1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk00 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the tk00 website located at https://tk00.app and any related services offered through it.

The tk00 platform provides online sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, fishing games, and associated financial services to eligible players based in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all interactions with the platform, including account registration, deposits, wagers, withdrawals, bonus participation, and use of responsible gaming tools.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by any of the following actions:

• Completing the tk00 registration process and creating an account;
• Logging in to an existing tk00 account;
• Making a deposit to your tk00 BDT wallet;
• Placing any bet or wager on the platform;
• Claiming any bonus or promotional offer.

You may not use the platform on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes without the express written consent of tk00. These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

tk00 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tk00 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

1.3 Governing Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms are written in English. The platform is operated for the Bangladesh market and all disputes shall be addressed in accordance with the dispute resolution process described in these Terms. tk00 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

2 Age Restriction and Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the tk00 platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. tk00 may request documentary proof of age at any stage, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The tk00 platform is designed and operated for players physically located in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you confirm that you are accessing it from within Bangladesh and that online betting is not prohibited under any applicable law that governs your personal circumstances. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) tk00 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tk00 reserves the right to close accounts and void any winnings where registration details are found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Creating an Account

To use tk00's betting and casino services, you must register an account via the tk00 Login page. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a secure password, and agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. tk00 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, tk00 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit the following documents at any time:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name);
• A selfie or live photo for identity confirmation;
• Proof of residential address where requested.

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. tk00 will endeavour to complete verification reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Until verification is complete, certain account functions may be restricted.

3.3 Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tk00 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tk00 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately. tk00 will not be liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain password security.

3.4 Account Activity

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. tk00 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notice. Details of the applicable fee schedule are available from customer support upon request.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

tk00 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• bKash — mobile financial service by BRAC Bank;
• Nagad — digital financial service by Bangladesh Post Office;
• Rocket — mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank;
• Upay — mobile financial service by UCB.

tk00 does not currently support international bank transfers, credit cards, or cryptocurrency transactions. The available payment methods may change at any time; players will be notified of any changes via the platform.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tk00, although your chosen payment provider may have its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact [email protected] with the transaction reference number.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not accepted. Where third-party funding is detected, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. tk00 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes; however, this target is subject to payment provider processing times, KYC verification status, and any applicable security checks. tk00 does not guarantee that all withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes in all circumstances.

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where:

• Your account KYC verification has not been completed;
• A withdrawal request is flagged by our fraud detection systems;
• The account is under investigation for a potential Terms breach;
• The withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement.

4.4 Currency and Fees

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the tk00 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk00 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees or charges, for which tk00 accepts no responsibility.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

tk00 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. The platform reserves the right to request additional documentation for any transaction that triggers an internal review under its anti-money laundering procedures. Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players must not use the tk00 platform as a vehicle for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Policy

tk00 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms announced at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly communicated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate ৳10,000 in qualifying wagers before any portion of the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tk00 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities are classified as bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal real risk;
• Using automated software to place bets for the purposes of clearing wagering requirements;
• Withdrawing funds before bonus conditions have been met.

5.4 Changes and Withdrawal of Promotions

tk00 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed a bonus, tk00 will honour the bonus amount but may adjust the associated terms. Players will be notified of significant changes to active promotions via account notification or email.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

By using the tk00 platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes;
• Provide truthful and accurate information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and support interactions;
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with any other person;
• Ensure that all deposits are funded from payment accounts registered in your own name;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of the platform;
• Use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if gambling begins to negatively impact your life.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk00 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or reverse-engineer the platform;
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other game where such coordination confers an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting on sporting events;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the tk00 customer support team.

6.3 Responsible Use

tk00 encourages all players to use the platform responsibly. You should only bet amounts that you can afford to lose. If at any point you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, you should make use of the deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion tools available via your account settings, or contact [email protected] for assistance.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your tk00 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any outstanding balance in your BDT wallet (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

7.2 Suspension by tk00

tk00 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed;
• The account is involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Requested KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe;
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder;
• Continued operation of the account is deemed to present a risk to the platform, other players, or the account holder themselves.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, you will no longer be able to access the platform, your betting history, or any remaining balance associated with the closed account. Where closure results from a Terms violation, tk00 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance. Where closure is initiated by the player for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion), tk00 will not reopen the account during the exclusion period regardless of subsequent requests.

7.4 Appeals

If you believe that your account has been suspended in error, you may submit an appeal to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving notification of the suspension. tk00 will review the appeal and respond within 5 business days. The decision following an appeal review is final.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

While tk00 endeavours to maintain a 99.7% platform uptime, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet infrastructure failures, and third-party service disruptions) may result in temporary unavailability. tk00 will not be liable for any losses, missed bets, or unfulfilled wagers resulting from planned or unplanned platform downtime.

8.2 Betting Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, a bet being incorrectly accepted, or a game malfunctioning, tk00 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account. tk00 will not honour payouts resulting from technical errors, regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the player at the time of the bet being placed.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The tk00 platform integrates services from third-party game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and payment providers (including bKash and Nagad). tk00 is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures originating within third-party systems. Any disputes relating to the fairness or outcome of a game supplied by a third-party provider should be directed to tk00 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on the player's behalf.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk00's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tk00 BDT wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tk00 and its operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform in breach of these Terms, any fraudulent or unlawful act committed through your account, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
